Challenge-Yourself is a coaching center for Triathlon, Cycling, Running and those who want improved health. We are dedicated to improving your sporting performance, no matter what level you are at!  

If you would like to improve your performance, and would like a genuine personalized coaching service that meets YOUR needs, then you have come to the right place!  

We run a number of training sessions, and can co-ordinate with some of your preferred training sessions if required. An indoor bike class, swim squad, run session or swim-bike-run brick session with like minded people might be just the helping hand you need!   •  Tony OHagan. Tony has two top 3 Ironman finishes, 3 Tauranga half Ironman titles, 5 New Zealand national titles, a top 15 finish in cycling's Tour of Southland, and is part of Triathlon New Zealand's High Performance Coaching Commission.
  • Liz Goer. ex-competitive swimming and Ironman age group medallist - qualifying for Hawaii Ironman twice. Liz is easy to relate to and has great results in improving swim performance.
