Along with individualized programs, coached
athletes have a number of web based resources available to
them.
Swim and windtrainer
sessions are available. These are categorized into a number of
specific categories - to align with your programs. A number of
mental preparation tools are also being developed for your
optimal performance. Future developments include: on-line
programs, on-line training diary, and an information
forum.
