What is up and coming...

• Well done to Matt Morreau for winning his category in the Duathlon National Championships
• Another Big Well done to Alex Smith - second in his age category at the World triathlon Championships in Vancouver. We will try to get a race report from him -a as it sounds like pretty hard conditions! 

Up coming Saturday training  sessions:

• 19/4/08 - Auckland Grammar for a swim bike run (some technique and some steady efforts - just to remind you what it is all about). 7:30 start. 
• 26/4/08 - bike time trial at Westlake girls, first wave starts at 7:30, with an easy run after. 
• 3/5/08 - swim and bike-run reps. 7:30 at Auckland grammar. Will need to confirm the pool is still operational! reasonably easy session.
