We aim to give you the best training "buck" for your precious training time. Your training also needs to be incorporated into your life. We offer a number of services and options to optimize your enjoyment and performance given your valuable resource constraints (time, money, equipment etc). Our aim is to help you achieve your goals!

  • Goal setting and planning.
  • Long term planning and overview.
  • Detailed, individualized training programs.
  • Group and class training sessions.
  • Personal training (one on one or in small groups).
  • Race planning and review.
  • Technique analysis and review.
  • Bike position and setup.
  • Practical fitness tests.
  • Web tools to help you train easily and effectively.
  • Nutritional advice.

Training plans.

Training plans give you details on the training you should be doing each week. Your training plan should be aligned with your goals, based on your strengths and weaknesses, and taking your personal circumstances into account. Depending on the program you choose, training plans can involve: 

  • Review of previous training.
  • Determine individual strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop mid and long term goals.
  • Developing a training plan to achieve goals.
  • Detailed training schedule (weekly).
  • Advice on putting the program into practice - into your own life situation (eg. what to do on which day).
  • Options for key training sessions (group training, classes, or different specifics). 
  • Review of training each week (for individual development). This may include detailed analysis of heart rate/power output of key sessions. 
  • Adjust training as necessary (for unforeseen events).
  • Develop race plans and strategies as required.
  • Review race results.

Single discipline programs $30 per week
One-on one training sessions (or small groups. This can also include consultations on training.  $60/hr for coached or $80/hr un-coached
One-off training advice (with a basic training guide) $120
